Mindfulness Zaps Blue Monday!

The third Monday of January (AKA today!) is supposed to be known as “Blue Monday, a combination of post-Christmas blues, cold dark nights and the arrival of unpaid credit card bills.

A load of controlling clap-trap in our opinion. In life you get more of what you feed the most. You breathe life into the point where you direct your focus. Your thoughts feed your experience. Think about what you want in your life — not what you don’t.

Don’t waste your life, your thoughts and your energy worrying or buying into the “label” someone gives a day of the week. Create your own experience by shifting your focus and attention onto the present moment.
